Most beginners who have never enjoyed the pleasure of fishing feel that the sport is really too easy for them and they will be able to catch as many fishes as they want but the fact is that even expert anglers sometimes have problems because fishing is not just about throwing the bait and waiting for the fish to take it, but to understand the dynamics of nature and even knowing more about the behavior patterns of fish. Most people spend their weekends at lakes where they get rainbow trouts and they really feel excited about it because they feel that they have got the wild rainbow trouts, but the fact is that these trouts are normally stocked by local conversation agency. Although, fishing those rainbow trout also terms as trout fishing but the fun is when you actually step into wild rivers and hunt for the real rainbow trouts.
Trout fishing may sound easy but sometimes it can be really tough and frustrating because you need to be in the middle of the river looking for the trout to take the bait and give you a chance and impatience can kill you faster than the water in the river.
If you are in the river trying to catch rainbow trout then you need to make sure that your fishing rod, reel and fishing line are as light as possible. This is because you will not feel tired soon. If you are standing with a heavy rod you will soon feel pain in your shoulders and arms and waiting for the right moment can frustrate you even more. Hence, before you step into the river make sure you have ultra thin and ultra light fishing rod which will allow you to stand with it for long hours.
Always look for places in the river which have deep waters because rainbow trouts prefer those areas. If you are standing close to the deep location then you will find that sooner or later rainbow trout will take your bait. However, you will need to make sure that you keep your bait flowing in the water so that it feels natural to the rainbow trout.
Fishing is something that not only requires patience but also requires some intelligence. This is because some fishes are really smart and therefore you will need some good knowledge to tackle them the right way. Beginners who are not sure about how to handle trout fishing often return home empty hand because they are not sure about how trouts can outsmart them. However, here are some simple and better tactics that you can use to make sure that you don't have to go home empty hand and that can earn you some really good trouts.
The most important thing in trout fishing is bait presentation and therefore you need to make sure that you present the bait in a better way which would keep the trout guessing all the time. Trouts are really smart and therefore dead baits will not work for them all the time. If you are depending on your regular bait food then you can sit there all day and none of the trout will even come near it. However, you can change your bait to live worms and attract many other trouts on your side. If you don't have live worms you can use some gang hooks and that will make the trout fish feel that it is a live worm in the water rather than a hook.
Don't keep your bait floating on top of water because trout does not really get impress at that. Hence, you should always throw your angle in such a way that the hook should be at the bottom. This way the bait floats at the bottom of the river bed or stream and with the flow of water it feels like its moving bait. This is good enough to lure trout to your bait and you will see that many more trout will fall prey to this tactic.
Always use a bait bag which is a small bag where you can trap live worms. These bait bags are really wonderful because they can quickly trap live worms and once they are inside you can keep them under water and attract trout fishes to get your catch.

Fishing is something I have always enjoyed, and over the years I have picked up many trout fishing hints and safety tips. These have all been learned through my own experience, along with what others have shared with me, and they have saved me many a heartbreak. May I now share them with you so that your fishing pleasure will know no bounds, and you will excel with the fishers dream of utopia.
A - Hooks catch fish. They can also catch your own body or your eyes - even someone else around you. This can happen to a long time, well experienced fisher. Mistakes can happen to anyone, and carelessness can be dangerous so please be careful.
B - A wide and long cap or hat can save you much discomfort from glaring sun on the water, as well as a good pair of sun glasses.
C - Fish evidently have both very good hearing and eyesight. They probably see you long before you see them, and no doubt hear you as well. Some recommend pulling your boots or shoes off, but please don't be that foolish. Glass, sharp rocks, snags, rusted cans, as well as snakes and other things along with common sense forbid this.
