Mate I’m not sure how much rock fishing you have done? Any rig that wants to stay completely snag free is one that incorporates a bobby cork with float stopper set deep enough. Otherwise you do want your bait wahsing around in the wash, and the key is to use the lightest sinker possible, unweighted if preferred. Please some rock fishing marks are most definetly ‘unfishable’ in some conditions. Never fish alone and always know your weather.
